§ 1
definitions
Client – a natural person or company registered and activated in the Store.
Costs – costs incurred by the Purchaser for the implementation of the placed Order
Basket – a virtual program object in which information about the ordered Goods is stored.
Buyer – every customer participating in the purchase and sale of goods.
Confirmation – action to confirm the correctness of the order placed by the Purchaser.
Invoice – an accounting document (receipt or invoice) issued at the Buyer’s request.
Regulations – these regulations for the use of the Store.
Registration – creating an account in the Store, consisting in saving the data provided by the Customer when placing the first Order.
Shop – every website and databases functioning within the main domain and all others directing to the main domain.
Seller – Clodie
Goods – every item in the Store’s offer.
Verification – a process aimed at confirming the client’s personal data.
Order – information on the status of the shopping cart sent electronically along with personal details of the Buyer.
§ 2
Acceptance and scope of the Regulations
These Regulations define the scope and conditions of moving and buying goods in the Store
Using the Store is associated with automatic acceptance of the Regulations.
II REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE STORE
§ 1
Each customer is obliged to carry out the registration process in the store and acceptance of its Regulations.
The given personal and address data is subject to the Verification process and must be confirmed by the Customer.
Registration and use of the Store are not covered by any fees not resulting from the orders placed.
Registration and use of the Store are tantamount to acceptance of COOKIES used by the Store.
§ 2
Security and protection of personal data
The data listed in § 1 point 2 are stored and processed solely for the purposes of the Store and sales records, and are protected against access and disclosure to third parties and unauthorized persons.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), each customer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and demand to cease their use.
III ORDERS
§ 1
Each placed order is automatically flagged with a status informing about the status of its implementation.
The customer has the opportunity to view orders placed by him.
CLODIE has the right to enforce the need to confirm the order via e-mail, telephone or direct mail.
§ 2
Shipments are carried out within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of order placement or crediting the due amount in the account.
Delays in delivery not due to reasons attributable to Clodie may not be the basis for any claims made by the Purchaser.
In case of problems resulting from unforeseen and unavoidable reasons (depletion of stocks, IT system failures), the Purchaser will be immediately notified of the contact chosen by Clodie and a new deadline will be set.
§ 3
In the case of an underage order, the responsibility falls on the legal guardian of the client.
The invoice for the purchased Goods is issued for each order – VAT invoice only at the Buyer’s request within three months, counting from the end of the month in which the goods were delivered or the service was performed or all or part of the payment was received.
The recipient of the Account in the form of a VAT invoice can only be a company / natural person who is a VAT payer.
IV PRICES, FORMS OF PAYMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS
The prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are given in Polish zlotys (PLN).
Acceptable forms of payment are: postal pickup, electronic transfer and payment to your account.
Electronic payments are made using the PayU website.
The date of dispatch is the date of dispatch of the goods to the Buyer or recognition of the amount on the Store / PayU bank account
The costs are automatically calculated and added to the value of the order.
V GUARANTEE AND RETURN
The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Before sending, each product is checked in order to detect possible defects.
If a defect is found, the Buyer is obliged to report the fact within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods.
The seller is released from liability:
for defects, if they were created for reasons other than those found in the defect of the material used
resulting from dissatisfaction with the product received
against claims for product parameters
The warranty does not cover:
damage caused during the transport of the parcel
damage caused by foreign objects that get inside
thermal and chemical damage caused during cleaning, ironing or washing, resulting from non-compliance with the markings on the products
damage was created
